Shipping Policy

Nothing in our kitchen is pre-made and stocked. Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it fresh and dispatch within 24–48 hours. During festival season (Sankranti, Diwali, Ugadi) this can extend to 72 hours because of order volumes — we'll let you know if that's the case.

• Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2–3 days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 3–5 days after dispatch
• Remote or low-connectivity pin codes may take a day or two longer

Free delivery on orders above ₹999. Orders below that are charged a flat ₹89 shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Every item is sealed in food-grade trays or jars, cushioned with paper, and packed into a rigid outer carton so nothing shifts or breaks in transit. Gift hampers and festival orders are wrapped in our signature dark green and gold packaging.

We ship pan-India through registered courier partners. If your pin code isn't serviceable by our default courier, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

You'll receive your order number and tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.

We're not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, strikes or incorrect address details provided at checkout — but we'll always help you track down a delayed shipment if you reach out to us.
