This site is operated by Konaseema Naidu Gari Nethi Putharekulu — Home Made Food Products, proprietor Epuganti Satyasaibabu, Opposite Veeranarayana Rice Mill, Highway Road, Eethakota, Konaseema, Andhra Pradesh.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include the cost of packaging unless stated otherwise. Prices, weights and availability can change without notice. Because everything is handmade, small natural variation in appearance between the photo and the item you receive is normal and not a defect.

An order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item becomes unavailable or if we're unable to deliver to your address.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Replacements and refunds are only offered as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure, and for any activity that happens under your account.

All text, recipes, photography and branding on this site belong to Konaseema Naidu Gari and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your order, beyond the value of the order itself, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over Konaseema, Andhra Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
